SCENE I
Jack sits alone on a bench. Zack and Alisha walk by and see him, they sit next to him.

Zack
Hey, you dont look so great.

Alisha
You feeling okay?

Jack
I'm fine.

Zack
You want us to walk home with you again?

Jack
Hey man, I dont need your guys' help for anything.

Jack gets up to leave.

Alisha
Jack!

Jack stops.

Alisha
Were sorry. Were just trying to help you. I wish we could go back and change the past so your parents wouldve never divorced.

Jack
It's better this way anyways. Now I dont have to put up with the constant arguing.

Alisha
And now you get to live with your best friend! You have no clue how much more luckier you are than other people out there.

Jack turns around and looks at Alisha, and Zack.

Jack
Thank you...

He smiles at them. Alisha Smiles back.

SCENE II
Zack starts to see two places at once.

Zack
What?

Jack and Alisha look to him. Suddenly part of Zacks head bumps out. He screams. Jack and Alisha jump. Another part bumps out. His eye fades into clouds and twists like a portal. A right hand comes out of his right eye. He looks at it with his left eye. It does the same thing and a left hand comes out of that eye. Jack and Alisha move back. The hands grab the bridge of his nose. Zack picks up a pretty big rock and smashes it against the left hand, but it doesent do any thing, so he hits it again, again, and again. Then on the fourth one, the hand goes back in causing Zack to hit his left eye. Zack, not noticing he did it, smiles. Then both hands come out of the right eye. They grab the eye bones and the person pulls himself out. The person gets out, and turns to look at the three of them.

Male Person: I came her for one thing, and I will get it at anycost.

Zack: What?

Male Person: The key to eternal life.

He points to Alisha.

Male Person: Her.

Zack starts to sway around in one spot. Jack stands infront of Alisha.

Jack: You're never gonna get her!

Alisha looks to Zack.

Male Person: Your right, not today.

Zack passes out.

Alisha: ZACK!

Alisha runs to Zack. Jack looks over. The person turns around to leave. Jack runs to the person. The guy turns around. Jack swings at him. The man dodges. Jack punches the guy in the stomach then elbows him in the face. The man turns to Jack slowly, as if totally unhurt.

Male Person
You will never defeat me.

The guy pushes Jack into a pole quite some distance away.


Male Person
This is not the time.

The guy turns around and walks away. Zack lays unconcious on the ground as Alisha calls 911.

SCENE III
Zack sits on a doctors table.

Doctor
That should do it... Your lucky you lost your Sphenoid 1, Zygomatic 2, and parts of your Parietal 2, Frontal 1, and Temporal 2, or you would’ve never been able to get this cool new eye!

Zack
Whatever Doc.

The doctor has tweezers inside of Zacks left temple witch is now mechanical. He clicks a button. The area he clicked sparks. The left eye turns on, with three red dots forming a triangle.

Doctor
There you go kiddo.

Brittany and Mitchel, (Zacks mom&dad) question the technology.

Brittany
So, when should we come to get the false eye sized?

Doctor
Never.

Mitchel
Never?

Doctor
Nope. The A.I. in the machine is connected directly from the brain so the Neo-Cells---

The Doctor notices he's lost the family.

Doctor
Anyways, it grows as you grow, so there is no need to ever have a replacement. However I do suggest a checkup in a couple of weeks. Okay?

Brittany
Alright.

The doctor looks down to Zack and Alisha.

Doctor
I've taken care of you kids since you were babies, but never have I had to deal with self inflicted damage at such a large rate. What happened again?

Alisha
Like I said, a man came out of his eyes!

Doctor
The same one who hurt Jack?

Alisha
Yes!

The doctor looks to Brittany and Mitchel.

Doctor
I had the works done on these kids earlier, so within 24 hours you'll hear my medical statement.

SCENE IV
Zack and Alisha walk together. Alisha stops and says hi to Jack. Jack looks to Zack.

Jack
Good afternoon Zack!

Zack just keeps walking.

Jack
Whats up with him?

Alisha
He's been like that every since he 'gave birth' to that freak yesterday.

Jack
'gave birth'?


Alisha
Thats what my dad called it.

Jack
I don't think thats right.

Zack's walking, and turns the corner. There the person stands. Zack stands there looking at him angrily.

Zack
What are you?

Male Person
Human.

Zack
Where did you come from?

The person slowly walks to Zack.

Male Person
The very far future.

Zack
Do you have a name?

Male Person
Tak.

Zack
Tak?

Tak stops a few feet away from Zack.

Tak
You have twenty-four hours to give the key to me.

Zack
She is not a key. She's human, and she has a name.

Tak
‘Key’ is good enough.

Zack gets angry. Tak smiles at the fact hes making Zack angry. Then looks up.


Tak
You wanna know how I came out of your eye?

Zack
How?

Tak smiles.

Tak
At the age you kids are at, your bodys are growing. Your hormones changing. Anything you see, hear, anything you touch or eat… They all affect how your body changes. And because of all these things happening, some organisms and cells combine together to create things. Some people hear music in their ears, some feel things, all of these things and more, we call our sixth sense. Though some have more than six, we all have a sense were not aware of just yet, wormholes.

Zack
Wormholes?

Tak
Certain chemicals, mixed with cells, and hormones create portals, vortexes, black holes; another way of traveling through time.

Zack is overwhelmed. With the information not believing it at first.

Zack
So youre saying that if I wanted to, I could pull something from another time through my eye?

Tak
With enough concentration you can pull anything out from another dimension.

Zack
Youre crazy. I have to get to class.

Zack walks by him and continues down the hall as Tak watches him with a smile.

Tak
We’ll talk later.

Zack sits in class seeming to try and understand the possibility of it being true. After all, it happened. Alisha and Jack look at him worried.

SCENE V
A Detective kneels down to the ground of the incident.

Detective 1
The two boys must’ve gotten into a fight against eachother because the story is just too far-fetched.

Another Detective is standing over him.

Detective 2
But they all tell the story the same way. There was a fourth child. The foot prints prove it.

The two of them look to the shoe prints. Detective 1 stands up.

Detective 1
But where’d they come from, and who do they belong to?

They look around.

Detective 2
Sir, the prints start here.

Detective 1
No, they have to backtrack somewhere. Officer!

An officer walks up to them.

Officer
Yes sir?

Detective 1
Get interviews with the kids together to find out what this person looks like.

Officer
Yes sir.

Detective 1 turns to Detective 2.

Detective 1
Try to find out where those tracks lead to, so we can find where they may begin. And I’ll work on finding our subjects foot size.

SCENE VI
Kids stand in line showing their shoes to Detective 1. Zack angrily drops his pair of shoes on the table. The detective looks at him.

Detective 1
Isnt that type still experimental?

Zack(with attitude)
It works just fine.

Detective 1
You must be brave to let them experiment on you.


Zack
Well I’m not crazy.

The detective looks back up to him.

Zack
And neither are my friends.

Zack grabs his shoes and walks away. The detective looks worried.

Zack Jack and Alisha walk through the empty park.

Jack
Zack, so what’re you thinking about?

Zack
Nothing.

Alisha
I wonder if the police have found anything yet.

Jack
I doubt it. It’ll take a while anyways.

Zack
Did they already get facial descriptions from you guys?

Alisha
Yeah.

Jack
Uh-huh. What about you?

Zack
I wasnt any help because I never saw him.

Alisha
You didn’t? He came out of your eye!

Zack
I didn’t see him, but I ran into him earlier.

Jack & Alisha
What?!

Jack
How’s that possible?

Zack
I feel him. Its weird, I don’t know how to explain it. But I know weather its him or not.

Tak
Is that so?

Zack, Jack, and Alisha stop walking and look to him.

Zack
That is so.

Jack
You. I don’t know who you are or where your from but I’m gonna whoop you good.

Jack dashes at Tak. Zack stays with his head down in a state of shock.

Zack(whispering to self)
Don’t.

Tak stares at Jack as Jack dashes at him. Tak communicates telepathically with Zack.

Tak
I won’t.

Jack swipes Taks legs. Tak falls over, and jumps up. Tak and Jack get up at the same time. They walk in a circle, glaring at eachother. Tak slowly pulls a gun out of his eye.

Jack
I may not be much of a fighter, but I will risk my life for my friends, because they are the only family I have left.

Tak puts the gun in his pocket.

Tak
Then lets see how much of a fighter you really are.

Jack takes constant swipes at him missing. Tak starts throwing punches as well. The two of them constantly missing eachother. Alisha dashes at Tak as well. Jack kicks Taks leg. Tak puts his foot on the tree and pulls out his gun with his left hand.

Jack
You cheated.

Tak
Life aint fair. And that’s that.

Tak pulls the trigger. (bullet cam) The gun is pointed at Jacks left chest, Jack moves out of the way just in time, but Alisha is standing right behind him and is hit in the left arm.

She falls over. Jack runs over to her. Tak is wide-eyed not meaning to hurt her at all. Zack looks up, scared for her life.

Zack
You lied to me!

Tak looks to Jack.

Tak
Leave.

Jack picks up Alisha and runs. Zack dashes at Tak. Zack throws a punch. Tak catces the punch.

Tak
I didn’t mean to. You know that.

Zack throws another punch and again Tak catches it.

Tak
This fight will never end, so why try?

Zack
Were human!

Zack kicks Tak in the chest, sending Tak onto the bench.

Zack
And because were human, we live, we love, and we die. Therefore one of us must die.

Tak
Wether it’s love, or greed, I will get the key. I will only use her after your death is complete.

Zack
I told you, her name is ALISHA!

A portal opens in the wall next to them. Two men come flying in and roll on the ground. They catch themselves, and look at eachother. The one closest to the wall looks to them.

Stranger 1
Leave.

Zack runs off in the direction Jack took Alisha. Stranger 2 turns around to look at Tak. Stranger 1 dives into the other stranger, throwing him to the ground. Tak gets up and runs away.

SCENE VII
Detective 2 is driving down the street with an artist remake of the boys face.

Detective 1 sees the two strangers fighting eachother. And was about to call back-up when he saw the two shoot into the air. He immediately writes down everything he just saw.

Detective 2 sees Tak running down the street the opposite way that he was heading. The Detective immediately whips his car around 180°. Tak turns around and sees him. Tak runs faster, the Detective puts the light on the roof, hits the siren, and slams the gas.

Detective 1 runs from the scene, calling on the radio for awareness. Detective 2 responds.

Detective 1
This is Detective Frank Aida! Beware of two white males flying in the sky!

Detective 2
I have the child suspect in sight on Canebrake and continuing pursuit!

Detective 2 puts down the radio.

Detective 2
Just give it up kid, your gonna lose.

Tak skids to a hault and turns around, facing the car. This suprises the Detective. Tak dashes at the car head-on. The detective tries to dodge Tak by turning right. Tak runs right next to the car and punches through the windshield. The car hits a stop sign, with no movement afterwords.

SCENE VIII
The doctor walks into the room consisting of Zacks parents, Zack, and Jack. The doctor lowers his mask.



Doctor
I had to amputate her left arm. The Scapula, and Humerus were completely shattered, and her Biceps Brachii, deltoid, and her triceps brachii were torn to shreds. I had no other choice, I am sorry.

Brittany lowers her head, as Mitchel Comforts her. Zack walks over to look out the window. His mechanical eye flashes a few times as he saddens.

Doctor
If it is your wish, I will replace her arm with the new Neo-Cell Technology, like I did Zacks eye.

Brittany
Yes! Please… I just want whats best for her.

Doctor
I understand. I’ll do it. You sleep well tonight, and don’t worry about her.

Mitchel
Zack had said he doesent want to leave.

Doctor
We can watch him, don’t worry.

Mitchel & Brittany
Thank you so much.

Doctor
Its no problem at all. Now get a full nights sleep and comeback in the morning. She’ll be ready.

Zack just stares out the window. His mom and dad walk over to him (Mitchel & Brittany). His dad puts his hand on Zacks shoulder.

Mitchel
You sure you don’t want to come home.

Zack nods his head.

Mitchel and Brittany look to eachother. Brittany kneels down to him.

Brittany
Honey, I know its been a long week for you. You sure you don’t want to come home with us?

Zack nods his head.

Brittany
Okay.

She gets up, and hugs Zack. Then looks down at him.

Brittany
If you need anything just call us okay?

Zack nods his head.

Mitchel and Brittany walk out.

Brittany
Bye Zachary!

Zack just lifelessly stares at the lifeless window.

Tak
So is she gonna be okay?

Zack
Yeah, she’ll be alright.

Zack turns and walks to a seat, then sits. Next to him is Tak.

Tak
Why is the Doctors facility home styled?

Zack
Because he wants his patients to feel at home, so he practically built a house, and operates in it.

The two of them are silent. Tak looks off to the right.

Tak
I didn’t hurt her to bad did I?

Zack
Her left arm is amputated.

Tak covers his face. Zack sees that.

Zack
How is she a key to eternity?





Tak
The chemicals and cells in her blood are mixed to an extreme. Along with another chemical that shows up every millennia. That chemical is still being experimented with in my time. I came here to take her back, so an underground Doctor, may experiment on me with her blood.

Zack
So this is all true.

Tak
Yes… It is.

Zack looks down, then forward.

SCENE IX
Detective 1 (Frank) drives down Maple ridge and sees Detective 2’s car smashed into a stop sign with a hole in the drivers side of the window. Frank skids the car to a stop, and runs out.

Frank
Mark! Mark!

He gets up to the driver’s window. His eyes widen.

Frank
Mark…

Frank grabs the radio from the dash.

Frank
This is Frank Aida, officer down, I repeat, officer down. Mark’s dead…

Frank starts crying.

Frank
Mark’s dead.

SCENE X
Zack walks into alishas room (hospital). She is still knocked out. Zack walks up to her left arm and touches it. He looks at her. Pulls up a chair, and sits next to her bed. He looks to her.

Zack
I’m happy your alive. And the first thing we’ll do together when you wake up is take a bike ride next to the wash, so we can see the birds in the trees… and  see the wildflowers. I promise we’ll have a goodtime, because… Because I’m gonna kill Tak.

He puts his hand on hers, as if to say goodbye. He gets up, but her hand grabs him. Zack jumps. Alisha slowly looks to him.

Alisha
I heard you.

Zack smiles.

Alisha
I don’t want you to go without me.


Zack
But its you he wants!

Alisha
And if he takes me, I know you will save me.

SCENE XI
Theyre on a bike gliding down the side of the wash. They watch the birds fly, and the flowers blow in the wind. They look to eachother laughing. Throwing rocks in a pond, talking.

They ride their bike next to the wash on their way home.

Alisha
So, that portal stuff, is it true?

Zack
Yeah, I’m afraid so.

Alisha
How do you know?

Zack pulls a pen out of his pocket.

Zack
I took my pen off the desk 20 minutes before I put it on my desk.

Alisha stares at him. Zack stops the bike.

Alisha
Whats wrong?

Zack
Get off.

Alisha
What?

Zack
He’s here. Get off the bike.

Alisha gets off looking around. Tak comes from the air and lands right behind Zack. Zack turns around.

Tak
Lets do this!

Tak kicks the bike. The bike flies into the wash. The two of them stand and stare at eachother. Tak reaches into his eye, and pulls a sword out of the portal, so Zack does the same.

Zack
So be it.

They hit their blades together, and twist around. Fighting with their backs to eachother. They twist around again. They both stab to eachother at the same time, the same way, and dodge it the same as well. Their arms are extended, and they are face to face, still in the dodging position.

Tak
You’ve been practicing I see.

Zack grabs Taks arm and hits it so the sword may fly into the air. Zack catches the sword and poses with the two swords. Tak gets up and pulls a gun out of his eye. Zack throws one of the swords at Tak. Tak cathes it, and kneels down. Tak shoots his gun, hitting Zack in the upper right leg. Zack falls to the ground. Tak walks up to him. Zack takes some swipes at Tak with the sword. Tak hits the sword out of Zacks hand. Tak brings down his sword. Zack screams as lightning tears through the sky, throwing out huge cracks of thunder.

Alisha runs to Zack.

Alisha
Zack! Zack!

Tak grabs Alisha, stoping her from getting to Zack. Zack bareley sees whats going on before he passes out. Tak pulls alisha away while Zack helplessly lays on the ground, unconscious again. Evening turns to Night, then to day. Frank drives up, and runs to Zack. He checks Zack to see if he’s breathing, or has a pulse, then radios.

SCENE XII
Zack opens his right eye, then looks to his right. The Doctor is standing beside the bed. Picking at Zacks right arm. The doctor sees Zack is awake.

Doctor
You know, your story is going international, and although a lot of people dont believe it. Every event that happens to you, seems to make it true.

Zack looks to him, scared. The doctor smiles.

Doctor
A detective is here to see you. His name is Frank.

Zacks scared, very saddened remembering the event.

Zack
Are my parents here?

The doctor looks back to Zack.

Zack
I don’t want to be alone.

The doctor smiles.

Doctor
It’ll be okay, I’ll bring them in for you.

The Doctor goes outside. Zack looks to the ceiling trying to keep himself together. He wipes a tear away with his right hand and notices its mechanical. He squeezes his eyes shut wishing it weren’t true, knowing it is. The Detective, Jack, and his parents walk in. They all take a seat in a chair next to the bed.

Mitchel
Zack, this is Frank.

Zack
I’ll answer all your questions, but realize you wont understand half of it.

Frank
I know. I don’t understand half of what happening already.

Zack
Still think I’m crazy?

Frank
My partner is dead. He died trying to arrest this kid.

Zack
His name is Tak. He’s from the future.

Frank writes it down, and Zacks parents look to eachother.

Frank
How’d he come out of your eye?

Zack
Everyone has a sixth sense theyre not aware of yet, time travel. But its only in the teenage years of children, because of everything. Their hormones, cells, the exercise they get.

Frank
Do you know why he took Alisha?

Zack sits up.

Zack
What?

His parents and the detective try to sit him down.

Zack
Where’d he take her?!

They get him to lay back down.

Brittany
You need to lay down for a while, your leg, and arm still need to get used to the rest of your body.

Zack covers his face, then sniffles.

Zack
She’s the key.

Frank
‘the key’ to what?

Zack
Eternal life.


Frank
How?

Zack
Theres a chemical that only shows up every millennia. That chemical, and her blood are mixed up more than anyone else’s, to an extreme.

Frank
And finally, why hasent he killed you or Jack yet?

Zack has never thought about that before.

Zack
I don’t know.

Tak and Alisha sit in a deserted place. Tak walks back and fourth. Alisha watches him. His walking drives her nuts.

Alisha
Cut that out!

He stops walking.

Alisha
Why don’t you hurry up and fricken kill me already!?

Tak
I know he’ll come for you.

Alisha
And how you figure that?

Tak turns to her.

Tak
Because history has already been written.

Alisha
Yeah, well, history can change.

Tak
No, it cant.

Alisha shakes her head, putting it down, giving up, not wanting to anger him too much. She looks up at him.

Alisha
How did you know where to find us in the first place?

Tak
History has already been written.

Alisha
Yeah, I get that. Now cut my frickin head off so I don’t have to listen to your frickin voice!

Tak rushes down to her level, and grabs her neck, pissed.

Tak
I’d cut your head off in an instant!

Alisha
So whats stopping you? History?

Tak
You can say that.

He stands up and turns around.

Alisha
Then what is it?

Tak
You, and your lover-boy.

Alisha doesent under stand.

Alisha
What?

Zack is walking with Jack and his family towards the house door.

Jack
Its okay man, they’ll get her back.


Zack shakes his head.

Zack
The only way anybody will get her back, is if Tak gives her up.

Brittany sees a paper stuck to the door.

Mitchel
Are your extensions okay? Do we need to call a doctor?

Zack shakes his head.

Zack
No thanks Dad, I’m alright.

Brittany
Honey.

Mitchel
Yeah?

Brittany
Theres a note on the door. Its for Zack.

Tak stands in the forest talking to Alisha.

Tak
You and Zack, are my great-great-grandparents.

Zack runs over and reads the note.

Zack
Shit…

Zack throws down the note, and runs inside. Jack bends down to read it.

Brittany
Should we call the police?

Jack and Mitchel silently read the note.
‘DOWN THROUGH THE WOODS,
YOU MUST GO,
FOR THE REST OF YOU THOUGH,
ENJOY THE SHOW.’

Tak stands in the forest with Alisha.

Alisha
That’s bull.

Tak
With every chance I could’ve killed you two, and you don’t believe me?
Zack runs outside. Jack stops him.

Jack
Don’t be stupid. Think this through!

Zack looks at Jack pissed off.

Zack
Who knows what he’s doing to her!

Jack
He’s not doing anything to her!

Zack
And just how the hell would you know!

Jack
Shut up already!

Zack
You’ve spoke enough! I’m leaving!

Zack turns to walk away. Jack grabs him to turn him around.

Jack
Think it through!

Zack turns around and socks Jack in the face. Jack falls to the ground. Brittany gasps. Zack bends over, and grabs Jack with both arms. Jack punches Zack in the stomach. They roll over. Jack sits ontop of Zack. Jack punches him twice. Zack throws Jack on his back. Zack falls ontop of Jack, takes out his gun, and points it right in Jacks face. Jack stays still, breathing hard. Zack is pissed to no end. The two of them stay silently still, breathing hard.

Zack
You understand time travel?

Jack
...Yeah…

Zack
You try it?

Jack
…Yeah…


Zack walks through the forest, his eye blinking red, as he stares at Tak.

Tak
Here he comes now.

Zack walks out of the fertilized area, and stands about ten feet from Tak.

Zack
I’m here. Let Alisha go.

Tak
You have to fight me first.

Zack
No problem there.

Tak
This is where history stops.

Zack
What do you mean?

Tak
If you read history, through and through, there are gaps. Gaps where anything could’ve happened. Not getting the whole event, or completely blank between events.

Zack
Anything could’ve happened huh?

Tak
Yeah.

Zack takes out his sword.

Zack
Then lets go!!!

Zack dashes at Tak. Tak just stands there. Zack points his sword to Tak and goes to stab him. Tak turns, and grabs the sword. Tak kicks Zack in the stomach, throwing him back. Tak throws Zacks sword at him. It lands ontop of Zack. Zack looks to Tak. Zack nods, and puts his sword away. Zack tackles Tak, and they fly into a portal. They fly through a wall, and roll on the ground. They catch themselves, and look at eachother. Tak looks at his other self.

Tak
Leave.

The other Zack runs off in the direction Jack took Alisha. Zack turns around to look at the other Tak. Tak dives into Zack, throwing him to the ground. Zack kicks him up in the air. Tak flips and lands on a table. Zack swips his sword at Taks feet, Tak backflips and lands behind the table. Zack and Tak jump at eachother, tackling eachother in mid-air. Zacks tackle is more powerful, and throws the two of them in Taks direction. They roll on the ground.

Jack runs through the bushes straight up to Alisha. Alisha is on the ground, worried.

JACK
Alisha, you alright?

ALISHA
I don’t know where they went!

JACK
I do.

ALISHA
What?

Jack unties her

JACK
After you were shot, a couple of years back, two men appeared out of a portal and told us to run.

He looks at her face to face.

JACK
That was them.

Jack gets up and turns around.

ALISHA
Jack! How are we going to end this?

Jack turns around.

JACK
Don’t worry, we have a plan.

Tak is against a tree, with Zack constantly slugging him. The two spin around hitting eachother. Suddenly the two of them fly into the air. Frank radios.

FRANK
This is Detective Frank Aida! Beware---

Alisha grabs Zack. Zack looks at her, and smiles. A portal opens up infront of them. The two of them step forward. Mark sees Tak running down the street the opposite way that he was heading. Mark immediately whips his car around 180°. Tak turns around and sees him. Tak runs faster, Mark puts the light on the roof, hits the siren, and slams the gas.

Mark

Zack and Tak fly through the air and come down on the ground at such a low angle, they roll for a long time. They both jump up and clash swords together. They constantly dodge and swipe.

Tak gets up and starts to run away. Jack, and the Mark take out handguns.

Zack cuts off Taks head.

Jack, and Mark fire at Tak, killing him almost instantly.

Taks body slowly disappears as it slowly falls to the floor. Time seems to rewind. The sky changes. Jack and Alisha start to dissapear, Zack starts to disappear.

ZACK
Its easy to remember hate, and evil…

The grass goes from old to young again. Things all around Zack quickly change back to how it used to be.

ZACK
….but when you remember all the love you share together… that’s what binds you.

Jack, Zack and Alisha completely disappear.


ZACK
That’s what people should always be remembering.

The times of arguing eachother are rewound.

ZACK
